The apartment

The apartment is on the second floor on a total of four floors. The building is traditional, but benefits from an elevator and double doors with security locks and digital ID card. 

The apartment has an area of 50 m2, with view onto the gardens of the building. It is luminous and has all modern amenities.

It offers premium furniture and high-end equipments, for 1 to 4 people:

• A lounge with a convertible leather sofa, allowing you to make a very comfortable bed for two people.
• A room with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) for two people, with a wardrobe.
• A fully equipped and modern kitchen.
• A dining area, with a large round table and five chairs.
• An outdoor terrace with a table and four chairs in order to have your breakfast or your meals.
• A bathroom with an Italian shower.
• A water closet.
• All international radio stations available on the Internet.
• A 3D-LCD TV, with more than 150 French and international channels, with an HDMI jack, a USB port, and an SD card reader.
• A Blu-ray/DivX/DVD reader.
• Access to broadband Wi-Fi Internet.
• Tourists guides of Aix-en-Provence and the region.
• Phone calls are offered to mobile and fixed phones in France and to fixed phone in more than 100 foreign countries.
• Optionally, the loan of a mobile phone to be called from France and from foreign countries.
• Optionally, a dedicated parking space in a closed box with secure access in the basement of the building.
• The front door of the apartment has a lock on three points. The apartment has a videophone, electric heating and new radiators.

Towels, linen and sheets are included.
The apartment should be cleaned up at the end of your stay or you will be charged a fee of 60 euro.
The loan of a french mobile phone will be charged 50 euros including 60 mn call and 60 text messages.
The apartment and the terrace are non smoking and no pets are admitted.
The apartment is classified two stars. We adhere to the Tourist Office Quality Charter.
